Monster Magnet es un grupo donde se encuentran el Garage rock, el Rock Progresivo, el Heavy Metal, el Punk, Psicodelia, y el Rock Industrial; su música se compone de influencias eclécticas; entre ellas, dos de los grandes pilares que influenciaron a los grupos de rock de los 90; Black Sabbath y los Stooges; si bien la agresividad y los riffs pesados se combinan con influencias Psicodélicas, y otro de los grupos de referencia de Wyndorf es la banda de Space Rock Hawkwind.

Mary Shelley Overdrive has a new EP available for FREE download. It's a collection of cover songs recorded during practice sessions, rehearsals, etc. during the recording of our (as yet untitled) LP.
Included on the album are covers of songs by Blue Oyster Cult, Antiseen, Black Flag, Devo, Bo Diddley, The White Stripes and The Vaselines, as well as an interpretation of the '60s Batman theme.
